Working out canbus messaging
log into venus pi and run command:
root@Venus_OS:/data# candump -tz can1,176:7FF
this outputs all ID 176 (see here http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/bionic/man1/candump.1.html for mre filters)
id 351,355,356 are battery states as per https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gLMKXn3o4TW2vFnEVgG0mYSF5xp7_6Uu/view
